Please note ALL DOCUMENTS BEING NOTARIZED MUST be fully complete, no blank lines allowed, all pages should be included with the documents as we do not notarize just signature pages, we must review all pages of the document. All parties signing, must sign in the presence of the notary, the documents cannot be pre-signed. All parties signing must be present with government issued photo IDs and the ID must match how your name reflects on the documents. If your middle initial is spelled out on your ID but not on the document, that is fine but if you have an initial on your ID and your document has your full middle name we cannot notarize as we cannot confirm you are that person on the ID. All signers need to be competent to sign, be fully alert and be able to prove to the notary that they understand the contents being signed. We cannot notarize someone who has Alzheimer’s or dementia or someone on medication that makes the signer extremely drowsy. They also have to have the strength to sign something that resembles a signature and is not just a mark on the page (unless a mark is the type of signature on signer’s photo ID). Your signature must resemble your signature on your photo ID. We do not notarize foreign documents. Payment must be made at time of booking on website or at time of signing with a money order payable to Cresstone, LLC. If you are unsure of the documents to be signed and the cost, you can email us and we can review prior to signing. IN THE EVENT YOU MAY NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT, A MINIMUM OF 3 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED SO WE CAN ADVISE OUR TRAVELING NOTARY IN A TIMELY MANNER.
